Outreach 

BLESSING OF THE ANIMALS WILL BE SATURDAY, OCTOBER 4TH AT 11AM ON THE FRONT LAWN OF THE CHURCH. BRING YOUR FOUR LEGGED COMPAINIONS FOR THIS SPECIAL BLESSING WHICH IS BEING PRESENTED IN CONJUNCTION WITH BOTH FR. TOM WHITE OF ST. JOHN'S AND REV. DUSTY PRUITT OF THE UNITED CHURCH OF CHRIST. WE HOPE TO SEE YOU THERE.

 

                 

MILTON COMMUNITY FOOD BANK

St. John's is a participating member along with other churches of Milton in this newly formed food pantry which is Mondays from 10 am to 1 pm at the Goshen Hall on Federal Street. Drop off of donations is also available on Sundays from 10 am to 1 pm. Anyone interested in helping with this very worth while community effort should contact Paul Anuszewski at 302-329-9747.

CLOTHES FOR CHILDREN OF HOB SCHOOL

We are collecting clothes for the children of HO Brittingham School under the guidance of Celeste Babiarz who is the school nurse and well acquainted with the needs of the children.

SHARING OUR CHURCH

The Safe Harbor United Church of Christ will be holding services the first and third Sundays of each month followed by a family meal. We are please to be able of share God's house with our fellow Christians. Should you want more information please contact Rev. Dusty Pruitt @302-393-3265

CASA SAN FRANCISCO

Our on going outreach as always is this local Milton shelter which is in constant need of all types of supplies needed to feed and house those in need. Food, bedding and clothing, the outreach basket is located in the hallway between the sanctuary and the parish hall. All donations including monies are greatly appreciated. any questions please contact Tom DiOrio at 302-329-9082

SOUTHERN DELAWARE THEAPEUTIC RECREATIONAL HORSEBACK RIDING PROGRAM.

This worth while program is always in need of support by our members and friends. Brochures are available in the parish hall giving all the particulars about this wonderful program.
